General Business
· Raffles to be drawn – Lyn’s Blanket needs to be drawn and Bob Henderson has 2 ham’s in his freezer that also need to be raffled
· Brent and Denise Simmons spoke to Mike Budny and advised him that they had decided not to play in the MPA Interclub on Tuesday’s
· As Brent & Denise Simmons were part of the Predators interclub team, Pete Chandler is getting new players to enter the Predators team for 2016
· Fixture dates for 2016 have been proposed, committee is to confirm these dates and get the Tournament Calendar out to all the Captains
· In 2016 the MPA need to do more promotional work, including more advertising and gain sponsorship
· The Events Co-ordinator role needs to be split up so that there are more people on the MPA Committee. If someone from the committee is away we still have a Quorum to proceed with meetings. Last month was a perfect example and there was no meeting held due to people being unable to attend .
· 2016 will continue to have the Ranking list and the selectors must pick their Rep teams from this list
· 2016 AGM dates have been set for Tuesday 23rd February 2016 7.00pm at the Redwood Hotel.
· Advertising for the AGM needs to go into the Marlborough Express advising the date, time and location
