The minutes of the meeting of 2 December 2015 were distributed to the Committee and confirmed as a true and correct record.

Actions Arising from Previous Minutes
· Mike Budny to retrieved from Bob Henderson, Lyn’s Blanket and one ham so the raffles can be drawn
· Mike Budny to confirm with Paul (COM) the calendar dates for the MPA tournaments
· Gail Perano to obtain cost for advertising the 2016 AGM
· The committee would like more people on the committee so that if a committee member is away that we still have a quorum

Correspondence
· Letter was received from Pub Charities looking for the financial breakdown of the funds that the MPA received. Nicole Chauval had mailed the original documentation to Pub Charities and kept a copy. Nicole will scan the copies and email to them.
