Actions Arising from Previous Minutes
- The 11th June 2016 has been confirmed for the Nelson Marlborough Tournament
- The new Tournament calculation of the MPA website is up and running and working fine
- Mike Van Loon and set up the Ranking list on the website so that John Davis and Mike can view

General Business
- Peter Chandler had three men not available for Reps

- Bob Henderson apologised to Mike Van Loon for deleting the entire Pints team from the MPA website. This is a serious matter and the committee agreed that that if Bob plays with the website again he will be removed from the website for a time to be determined
- Judyne has issues with the format for Tournaments. The MPA currently use the following format – Wins, Differentials and Frames for. This format can’t be changed mid-season as it will distort the history. At the end of the season the format is to be changed to – Wins, Frames for and Differentials.
- Mike Van Loon is waiting on prices for food for the MPA end of year breakup. The Central Club Rooms have been considered as a venue. Mike Budny is also approaching the Royal Hotel and the Redwood Tavern.
