General Business

• Peter Chandler presented his Representative Team as follows:

• Peter Chandler requested from the Committee dispensation for Bruce Earnshaw (A Team) as he has not yet played 3 games of Interclub on Tuesday nights.
  The Committee unanimously agreed to allow Bruce into the Rep TeamPassed
  
  
• Celia Bason presented her Representative Team as follows:

• The Committee agreed to both Men’s & Ladies teamsPassed
  
  
• A venue is still to be decided. The Royal Hotel and the Redwood Tavern to be approached for price and availability
  
  
• Printing of tickets to be ready for sale three months before the function
  
  
• Mike Budny looking for sponsorship to cover the cost of new Shirts
  
  
• Gail Perano to send a letter to the Captains about Sportsmanship and Code of Conduct
