Previous Minutes

The minutes of the meeting of 6 Jul 2016 were distributed to the Committee and confirmed as a true and correct record.

Actions Arising from Previous Minutes

• End of year function on the 15^th October 2016 will be a Mystery Bus Tour, Ferg is looking forward to hosting the prize giving at the Renwick Arms around 6pm
  
  
• Tickets for the Mystery Bus trip will be ready by the end of the week at a cost of $20.00 per person. The ticket is either for the Bus trip, Meal and Prize Giving or just the Meal and Prize giving at the Renwick Arms around 6pm
  
  
• The Bus trip will assemble at the Clubs of Marlborough by 12.30pm on the 15^th October and departing just before 1pm, the rest is to be revealed as we hit the road ending at the Renwick Arms around 6pm
  
  
• Mike Budny has purchased Neville’s Laptop for the MPA
  
  
• Mike Van Loon is cleaning up the rules is a huge job and may take a while. They are currently very disjointed

• Received notification from Pelorus Trust that we had been were successful in obtaining funding of $ 2,300.00 Following the meeting correspondence was received from Redwood Trust noting we had received funding of $ 1,000.00

• Bob Henderson wanted to discuss the relegation of teams at the end of Interclub seasons.
  
  
• Nominations for “Most Improved” should come from the Captains of both divisions. All agreed
