The minutes of the meeting of 4 March 2015 were distributed to the committee and confirmed as a true and correct record.

Actions Arising from Previous Minutes
· Nicole Chauval has gone back to Pot Black to see if they would match the quote provided by On Cue of $2,470.00. Pot Black have agreed to match it and have provided Nicole with an updated quote, which has been accepted

Correspondence
· No Correspondence
· Bank Statement for month ending 26 March 2015 has a balance of $866.41

Financial Report
· There are unpresented cheques - $220.00
· COM have paid for their fees - $960.00 (and are $20.00 in credit)
· Redwood have also paid their fees - $200.00
· Mixed Pairs bought in - $280.00

General Business
· Registration forms are ready to go out to the Captains
· All Team registrations are in, ten teams for Division 1 and eight for Division 2
· Bob is sending the registration forms to Mike van Loon to complete the draw
· Trophies have arrived in from Australia
· Nicole Chauval will talk with other Trusts for further grants to cover costs
· AGM minutes are pending a copy of the Presidents Report to be included
· Gail has not been able to access the MPA Website, and has not uploaded the minutes. Mike van Loon the assist with access or Bob to upload the minutes
· The 13 May is the first date for rep practice for the Seddon Shield
· All Trophies are to be presented at the end of year function
