• Friday night Knockout games run by Mike van Loon for the last 4 weeks the total attendance was “32” can be up to 16 people on any one night

General Business

• Everyone was pleased with the Nelson Marlborough Tournament held on the 10^th June 2017. Everyone was well behaved. A big thank you to Calvin Hart from the Royal Hotel for the use of his tables and putting on the food.
• The weekend MPA Tournament registration on Saturday morning is not working and it was put to committee to change registration back to placing you entry and payment in the tin behind the bar. Committee agreed to the change.
• It was requested to lodge a Remit for the next AGM to have all the Captain or delegate contact details on the MPA website. If a Captain needs to contact their opposing team the Captain or delegate contact details need to be available.
• Celia Bason is looking into quotes for accommodation in Greymouth for the up-coming Seddon Shield
• Gail Perano is obtaining quotes for a 12 seater van hire
• Bob Henderson is waiting on his two quotes for miniatures
• Quotes for T-shirts are in: A1 Drycleaning - $ 2,654.00 and Proband - $2,700.00
• The end of year function to be confirmed by the Woodbourne Tavern
