Matters Arising

• End of year function will be held at the Woodbourne Tavern in the back area. Mike Budny to check out music perhaps our local Karaoke person
• Bob Henderson still to get quotes for new miniatures, repairs and engraving. The quotes are coming from Awards and Badges & Medals
• Van for the Seddon Shield has been agreed to come from Collets Commercial Rentals. 12 seater van including the first 800km, 30cents for each km over 800

• Received funding approval from Pub Charities for $2,654.00 to get new rep t-shirts

General Business

• It has been suggested verbally that we change the rules we play to be the same rules as Super League. MPA are the only association playing World Rules.  If the committee receive a request in writing it will be discussed
• The top Pairs and the top Singles must be played by the people who finish on top of the leader board. You can’t delegate another team member to play in your spot.  If the top Pairs or Singles are unable to play those games will be removed from the play-off
• The date for the end of year function is the Saturday 7^th October
• There has been good feedback on the games played at Okaramio
• Men play the Women in a mixed Tournament on Wednesday 23^rd August
