Interim Meeting

Purpose:          To confirm Nelson Marlborough teams

General Business

Player list was distributed to those present.  Judyne Heissenbuttel (Women’s Selector) had provided the women’s names and Peter Chandler (Men’s Selector) had provided the men’s names. See below

Bob Henderson was planning to hold some of the games at The Redwood Hotel for last Saturday’s men’s and women’s singles tournament.  He called the Hotel on Friday and was advised under John Davis’s instructions (who had gone to Australia) that no MPA games were to be played at The Redwood Hotel.  One section of the men’s was played at Brent Simmons place to play on his table.  Mike Budny will speak to John Davis about this issue

Bob Henderson to write up a list of Managers duties and hand them out this week to the following managers

                  Women’s     Ross Paton

Food for the Nelson Marlborough 2 day tournament will be supported with $5.00 vouchers for 80 people.  The vouchers will only incur a cost if used.  If all vouchers are used the cost will be a total of $400.00 maximum
