· Letter from Ross Paton regarding last Tuesday’s games and Barbara Paton playing an extra frame. Nicole Chauval to respond in writing

General Business
· It has been suggested that Team Fees be paid no later the 1 month following start date, further discussion is required
· Judyne raised the question as to who is leveling the tables for Nelson Marlborough. Bob will ask Ross if he would level the tables and Mary to do the brush down
· The rule of calling a foul when your partner is touching the table is found in the Referee Rules
· All current rules are to be forwarded to Mike Van Loon to consolidate and put on the MPA website

· The tournament that Lochie pulled out of upset the semi-final and final pairing, as it is computerized and does not allow for someone to just leave. It is in the rules that there is a first call and second call for the player to come to the table. If after 3 minutes that player has not arrived, they forfeit that game. So for the rest of the tournament the player that left will get no further points. To deter people from leaving early all ranking points for that tournament are removed and they are banned from participating in that tournament next year.
· Mike Budny still to talk to John Davis about his issue with the MPA
· Men’s B Team – Jamie Miller and Greg Cornish are unable to attend Nelson Marlborough tournament so the reserves Rob Lang and Jason Randall are now in the team
